You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Opinory. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated.
Opinory is a survey-reward intermediary platform. We connect users with third-party survey networks. We do not operate surveys directly — survey content, targeting, and rewards are determined by our provider partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party surveys.
Earnings are not guaranteed. Points earned depend on your demographic profile, geographic location, and survey availability. We do not promise specific income levels. Average earnings vary significantly by user. This platform is intended as a supplemental income source, not a primary income replacement.
Points have no cash value until redeemed. The conversion rate (100 points = $1.00) may be adjusted at any time with 30 days notice. Minimum withdrawal is 500 points ($5.00). Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to withhold payouts suspected of fraud.
You may not: create multiple accounts; use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location; use bots or automated tools to complete surveys; provide false demographic information; engage in any form of fraud against survey providers. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all points.
If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, Opinory may be required to file a Form 1099-NEC with the IRS and provide you with a copy. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings. We recommend consulting a tax professional.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion. Terminated accounts forfeit all unredemed points. You may close your account at any time via Settings.
Opinory is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount of points you held in your account at time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
