We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, date of birth, demographic information (gender, location, income range, education, employment status), and payment details for processing payouts. We also automatically collect usage data, IP addresses, browser information, and device identifiers when you use our platform.
Your data is used to: (a) match you with relevant surveys from our partner networks; (b) process your point earnings and payout requests; (c) prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity; (d) send you relevant notifications about surveys and payouts (with your consent); (e) comply with legal obligations. We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
To facilitate survey matching, we share limited demographic data (age range, gender, country, income bracket) with our survey provider partners (e.g., CPX Research). This data is used solely for survey targeting. Providers have their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing. No personally identifiable information (full name, email) is shared with providers.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time via Settings → Account → Request Deletion. Mandatory legal records cannot be deleted before the required retention period.
Opinory is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a user under 18 has registered, we will immediately terminate the account and delete associated data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@opinory.com.
We use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Provider credentials are stored encrypted at rest. We conduct regular security audits and have a responsible disclosure policy at security@opinory.com.
